This website provides general information about our heating and cooling services. Guides and cost ranges are for general education and planning only. They are not quotes and not a substitute for an on-site diagnosis of your equipment.

Contacting us and consent

By calling us, you agree that we may contact you by phone or text at the number you provide about your request, including scheduling, estimates and follow-up on the work. Message and data rates may apply to texts. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Call recording

Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality, training and dispatch accuracy where permitted by law. If you do not want your call recorded, tell the person who answers.

Call forwarding during peak demand

Our technicians answer and handle service calls. During peak demand, after-hours emergencies or when our schedule is full, a call may be forwarded to another trusted local heating and cooling provider so you can still get help quickly. A forwarded provider sets its own pricing, availability and terms, and you should confirm licensing and insurance with any provider before work begins. Forwarding is a courtesy for times we cannot respond fast enough, not the way we normally operate.

Estimates and pricing

Prices are given in writing after a diagnosis or site visit and before work begins. Published cost ranges on this site come from outside sources and are not our prices.

Scheduling

Arrival windows are estimates. Weather, emergencies and parts availability can change them, and we will tell you as soon as they do.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or its information.
