Mid-1970s homes near northtown
Nevada Heights was created in 2016, when the city split the old Nevada/Lidgerwood neighborhood at Francis Avenue. The former Nevada/Lidgerwood area held about 28,300 residents, the largest in the city. Nevada Heights is home to Northtown Mall and Holy Family Hospital, and many of its houses were built in the mid-1970s.
Homes of that era often still have original ductwork and are on their second furnace or AC, if not their first. That makes a written repair-or-replace comparison the most useful thing we can offer on a no-heat call.
Our service office is also on the north side, which keeps Nevada Heights a short drive.

Nevada Heights service questions
Our furnace is from the 1990s. Repair or replace?
It depends on the repair price, the heat exchanger's condition and your plans. We give you both options in writing.
Can you replace our old AC without replacing the furnace?
Often, as long as the indoor coil and blower are a good match. If not, we explain why both need to change.
Is Nevada Heights the same as Lidgerwood?
Nevada Heights was the southern half of the old Nevada/Lidgerwood neighborhood until the 2016 split at Francis Avenue.
Do you come to Nevada Heights after hours?
