Furnace and AC service in Spokane Valley

Spokane Valley had 102,976 residents at the 2020 census, which makes it the ninth-most populous city in Washington. It only became a city on March 31, 2003. Before that the valley was a string of unincorporated communities, and the city still takes in Dishman, Opportunity, Veradale, Greenacres, Trentwood and parts of Otis Orchards, wrapping around Millwood on three sides.

Because the valley filled in over many decades, the systems we see vary street by street: furnaces and central air in mid-century ranches, heat pumps and high-efficiency furnaces in newer subdivisions, and plenty of homes where an old AC needs to be replaced along with an aging furnace.

That is why most Valley visits start with a full look at the system rather than a part swap. The fix that makes sense for a 1960s ranch is rarely the right one for a 2015 two-story.
